Ivan Ivanov is an Engineering Manager on the CDN Reliability team at Netflix. He has been designing, deploying, supporting, and optimizing online services on a global scale in various operations roles for 20+ years. For the last 6 years he has been focusing on service reliability, availability, scalability, quality of experience (QoE), resilience, and service optimizations for the Netflix content delivery services. Prior to joining Netflix Ivan was Principal Service Engineer at Microsoft working on Windows Update, Microsoft.com and Windows Store.
