Vishal's journey in the technology industry has taken him through vistas as varied as 3D graphics, networking, mobile security, social networks and entertainment. As a software engineer for most of his career, Vishal loves building stuff. For the last few years, he's been finding fulfillment in building teams as an engineering manager in the User Systems & Data team at Netflix. His team at Netflix operates in hybrid mode, with him splitting his time working remotely and in-office. In the past, he has lead international teams in multiple timezones.
